Directorate of Digital Media and Content Production
The Directorate of Digital Media and Content Production is responsible for producing digital content that supports the Ministry’s programs, including: Media and Information Literacy, the General Policy on Media and Government Communication, combating rumors, supporting Media spokespersons, countering hate speech, violations of privacy, and false news. It also prepares and produces content related to government programs such as modernization programs, key national files, and official events.

Functions of the Directorate
The Directorate undertakes the following functions:
Monitoring and following up on electronic media outlets and social media platforms.
Producing and publishing digital media materials.
Preparing and updating media messages.
Designing and implementing media campaigns.
Managing the Ministry’s website and its social media platforms.
Contributing to the dissemination of digital media messages issued by ministries and government institutions.
Providing media coverage of the Ministry’s activities.
Handling requests concerning the communication and media sector through the Bekhedmetkom Platform.
Carrying out any other tasks assigned to the Directorate within its scope of work.
