Institutional Performance Development Unit
Unit Duties
The Institutional Performance Development Unit undertakes the following duties:
Preparing and developing the Ministry’s strategic plan and executive action plans, and following up on their implementation.
Applying the mechanisms and methodologies necessary for work development in cooperation with the organizational units.
Providing statistical information related to the Ministry.
Developing the Ministry’s organizational structure, documenting work procedures, evaluating, simplifying, and continuously updating them.
Supervising the management and preservation of the Ministry’s information and knowledge assets and developing the necessary plans for their effective use in a manner that achieves institutional objectives.
Institutionalizing and coordinating award-related activities with awarding entities, and participating in the preparation and review of related reports.
Any other duties assigned to the Unit within the scope of its work.
